Shipping

We deliver to the UK mainland.

Estimated delivery: 3–4 working days for in-stock items.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the item.

We will notify you if your order is delayed for any reason, such as stock issues or courier delays.

Please ensure delivery details are correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for photos or evidence of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
